What Your Mind Cannot Do - The Truth About Time and Mind-Reading

We use our minds all day, but often for things they're not designed for. In this session, I explore what your mind cannot do, from trying to manage the past to worrying about the future. The good news is that your body is a powerful guide. When your mind goes to places it can't be of use, your body gives you uncomfortable sensations to let you know your thinking is off. Our emotions are not a problem; they are a signal that it's time to put down some "hot burning thinking" and return to a place of inner calm.
